acquireland.co.uk is an English land finding service aimed at developers and housebuilders. Established by Nick Misselke DipSurv after 20 years first-hand experience in land and property.

Nick has worked for the UK's major housebuilders in all aspects of site acquisition, land assembly, disposals and options. For the last five years this was at Director level.

Nick's work involves all aspects of the land acquisition and development trail from pre-exchange, post-exchange to completion phases.

Whilst working for McCarthy and Stone, Wimpey, Crest Homes, Wainhomes and Crosby Homes, Nick gained valuable experience of the associated planning and infrastructure issues and the various 'Section' agreements in readiness for development.
